Frequently Asked Questions

It is important to see an eye specialist in Singapore to receive professional care and an accurate diagnosis for a variety of eye disorders.

The price of an eye exam can change based on the eye clinic in Singapore and the particular tests carried out. In order to obtain precise and comprehensive information regarding the cost of eye exams, we at APEC advise contacting our clinic directly. The costs for some eye tests at our clinic are also available for you to view here.

A general practitioner (GP) can treat simple eye conditions; however, for more complex issues, it is recommended to speak with an eye specialist in Singapore

When choosing an eye clinic, consider factors including the reputation of the clinic, the qualifications of the doctors, the services it provides, and feedback from customers.

Your age, health, and any current eye disorders will determine how frequently you need eye checkups. While people over 60 or those with pre-existing eye issues may require annual tests, adults should generally receive a thorough eye exam every two years.

Please bring your identification, insurance details, a list of your current medications, any pertinent medical records, and the results of any prior eye exams when you come to the eye specialist clinic in Singapore. If you wear any glasses or contacts please bring them too.
